What does it cost to buy?

The item price, delivery, and a Loop service fee. All three are shown at checkout before you pay anything. Delivery is quoted on each listing.

What does it cost to sell?

Nothing. Listing is free and you keep 100% of your listing price. Delivery and the service fee are paid by the buyer.

Where do you deliver?

Across the UAE, to your door. Delivery between emirates can take longer than delivery within the same city, and the quote on the listing tells you what to expect.

How fast is delivery?

For fashion and small items, the seller has up to 48 hours to book the pickup, and once booked the courier usually delivers within 60 to 90 minutes. Furniture and large home items are delivered on a day you and the seller both choose, with helpers.

What if it is not as described?

You have 24 hours after delivery to check it. Report a problem in the app and we sort it out, including a full refund if the item is not as described. The seller is not paid until you confirm.

When do sellers get paid?

Once the buyer confirms the item arrived as described, or the 24 hour window closes. The payout goes to your bank account.
